Be the Friend Who Knows What to Do 🌈
LGBTQ+ youth are at a higher risk for suicide — not because of who they are, but because of what they face every day. You don’t have to be an expert to help. You just have to care.
QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) is a FREE suicide prevention training that gives you real-life skills to recognize the warning signs, talk to someone who’s struggling, and help them get support.
Led by The Jordan Elizabeth Harris Foundation, this training is for everyone — friends, students, teachers, coworkers, allies, YOU.
