Let's Taco 'Bout QPR - Texas Wesleyan University

  • Nick and Lou Martin University Center 1201 Wesleyan Street Fort Worth, TX, 76105 United States (map)

It Starts with You — Learn to Save a Life.

At Texas Wesleyan, we pride ourselves on tight-knit classrooms, real relationships with faculty, and a campus that feels like community — but even in the most supportive environments, mental health struggles can go unseen.

Right now in Tarrant County, more 19–30 year olds are dying by suicide than any other age group. That means our classmates, friends, and students are at risk — and we all have a role to play in showing up.

QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) is a FREE suicide prevention training that teaches you how to recognize the warning signs, talk to someone who’s struggling, and connect them to help. You don’t have to be a counselor to save a life — just someone who cares.

Whether you’re a student, professor, RA, staff member, or mentor, this training gives you real-world tools that make a real difference.

In partnership with Texas Wesleyan University.
